Up to the spring of 2023 Parkwood Church Annual Reports were available in pdf format from 2001 the most current (2022), and in paper format only from 2000 back to 1965. That spring a project to create pdf versions of the reports for the period 2000 back was undertaken as a grade 12 volunteer project by Cheyenne Copeland under the supervision of her grandfather, Gord Walford.

Some of the reports had personal notes written by the owner (mainly Gord Walford and Evelyn Warburton); some of these have been removed, some retained. All years's reports have been "bookmarked". Some reports from 2001 on list errors (errata); in some years those errors have been corrected. In earlier years it was the practice of the clerk of session to issue a copy of the minutes of a given Annual Congregational Meeting shortly after the meeting took place; where this occurred those minutes are appended to the Annual Report for that year, and bookmarked accordingly.

For ease of access, Annual Reports have been grouped by decade. Where a report had no cover page, one has been created with an appropriate cover image.
